FAQ

Under the Order tab at the top of our homepage, you'll find collections labeled by month. Select the appropriate month to view and choose from the available flavors. Simply select your desired flavors and quantities, then proceed to checkout.

During checkout, you'll be prompted to select a pick-up date and time. Our calendar typically shows dates a few weeks in advance, and we require a minimum of 2 days’ notice for all orders. The cut-off time to place your order is 12 PM. For example, if you’d like to pick up your order on Saturday, you’ll need to place your order by 12 PM on Thursday.

If you’re looking to place a last-minute or next-day order, we often have extras available. Feel free to email us at decadentdough@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

For orders of 3 dozen or more, we recommend reaching out via email to ensure availability and proper scheduling.

We are a home-based business located in Pierrefonds, Quebec (H9H).
The exact address for pickup will be provided in the order confirmation email once your order has been placed.

Our classic cookie collection weighs between 3.60 - 4.25 ounces depending on the flavour and it's toppings.

Decadent Dough cookies are baked in a kitchen that handles peanuts and other nuts. While we offer flavours that do not include peanuts or nuts as ingredients, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur.

Though we’d love for you to enjoy our cookies, your safety is our priority. If you have a serious allergy, we recommend avoiding all of our products!
